Consultation and appointment refunds

Any booking that is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be fully refunded.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance

If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the booking fee or deposit is non-refundable.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment without giving the required notice, the booking fee or deposit is non-refundable.

Treatment fees

Refunds are not normally offered for treatments that have already been carried out. This is because results can vary between individuals, and treatment outcomes depend on factors such as anatomy, healing response, aftercare and clinical suitability.

How refunds are made
